GrowSmart Series

Manage Better, Grow Faster

The SBDC in Gainesville will host our annual GrowSmart Series beginning August 9th through September 20th (every Friday).

The Series targets business leaders and management teams who are looking for industry tools and strategies to meet the demands of today’s competitive market. Developed by the Georgia SBDC Network, the 6-week program combines the most relevant marketplace information in a unique learning environment. Facilitated discussions cover a number of topics including, Marketing Strategies, Financial Analysis, Strategic Management, Operations, Leadership, Technology and more.

Since 2008, the Gainesville SBDC has been host to more than 120 business leaders who have participated in the GrowSmart Series – most of whom have experienced goal driven results developed during the course of the Series and implemented after the program. By design, the GrowSmart Series combines a variety of learning techniques. Nationally known business coach, Tim Fulton, Vistage, facilitates the program each week. Sessions include expert guest speakers representing high impact organizations. Attendees participate in group break-out sessions where problem solving activities address current business challenges.
