Yesterday on Wednesday, October 17th, 10 brave business owners (all located in NE Georgia) were awarded as outstanding entrepreneurs The Masters of Innovation Award. Each individual stood before the podium when it was their turn to speak and gave a short testimony about their personal business journey. One gentleman lived out of his car for a time because he was without means.
The stories were inspiring from young businesses (only 2 years old) to seasoned veteran companies (over 30 years old). These brave individuals will continue to help us dig out of the recession. They are living proof that the free market entreprise dream of owning your own business is alive and well.
Congratulations to these 10 entrepreneurs. Four of the 10 ten honorees are SBDC clients and 2 more are active with our GrowSmart Series as guest speakers. We are thankful for these individuals and others who come to each year and ask for help to either start and grow their business. 77-531-5681.
